Greg Hadubiak, MHSA, FACHE(R), CEC, PCC
Greg is the co-founder of BreakPoint Solutions and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He’s had the privilege of working with leaders in many sectors including manufacturing, natural resources, engineering, banking, healthcare, education, advanced education, not-for-profit, social services, healthcare, and government (provincial and municipal). His leadership blog, “It’s About Leadership!” is widely read, shared and quoted and many of his posts gain inspiration from his clients and his 25-year leadership history.
Greg believes that every engagement he undertakes – whether individual coaching, leadership development workshop, or strategic planning initiative – is all about change.
HEIDI HADUBIAK, BN, MBA, CEC
Heidi is the co-founder of BreakPoint Solutions and a Certified Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation. She’s had experience coaching established and aspiring leaders in many sectors that encompasses Canada and the United States. Her client list has included work in health care, the not-for-profit sector, oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing and social services.
Her experience in business development and her executive level MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree, from the University of Alberta, School of Business, positions her to skilfully support those she works with to navigate these challenges and assist them in reaching successful outcomes.
Heidi’s educational qualifications are supplemented by her over 15 years of broad-ranging leadership experience which equips her with insight into the challenges of leaders, especially those involved in significant change management and quality improvement initiatives.
Dale Cooney CEC, BSP, MBA
Dale is a Certified Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation. Coaching clients have included entrepreneurs and leaders in health care, government, non-for-profit and retail organizations.
A pharmacist by training, Dale earned a Masters of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. He has spent most of the last 30 years a leader in health care and regulatory organizations gaining experience in leadership; human resource management; policy and program development and evaluation; strategic planning; stakeholder and government relations; facilitation; and public speaking.
The combination of this education and experience allows Dale to empathize and develop rapport and trust with individuals at any level of an organization in many situations.
Dale is a husband and father of two adult daughters. He is a professional and supportive coach with a casual style and good sense of humor. Dale's goal as a coach is is to be instrumental in maximizing the potential of the people and organizations he works with.
Sarah Thomas BSc, MSc,mba
Sarah Thomas is a seasoned professional, trained coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching clients include leaders in medical education, public sector management, law and business.
Sarah has extensive knowledge and experience running organizations and supporting boards. Her talent to distill vision and empower people towards it helps strengthen relationships, reputations and organizational credibility. She is an expert in system and organization design that supports people to become more effective and to experience being an important part of something bigger. Sarah’s approach to coaching is to serve as a catalyst using trust, curiosity and empowerment to ignite personal potential through creating awareness, learning and discovering the path towards vision.
Sarah holds a BSc in neuroscience from the University of Lethbridge, an MSc in biomedical engineering from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Queen's University. Sarah completed her coach training through Erickson International.
Glenys Reeves, BSN, MA (Leadership), PCC, CEC, CDC
Glenys is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She has completed her Certified Executive Coach and MA with a specialization in Leadership through Royal Roads University. Glenys is a licensed training for Coaching-Out-of-the Box®, Coaching 5/5/5® and is certified to conduct and debrief EQ-I and EQ360 as well as LEADS 360s. She is also a Certified Divorce Coach and describes her coaching practice as transition coaching through professional and personal transitions. Training in LEAN Management as well as a Certificate in Asset Management allows Glenys to partner with organizations to ensure they are utilizing the most effective practices to build efficiencies in their day-to-day business.
Glenys’ professional consulting experience spans close to 30 years. She has worked in health, human services and most recently has been involved assisting new business start ups and existing businesses grow and expand through a variety of business incubation and acceleration programming. This includes assistance with strategic planning and best business practice consultation. Her commitment to leadership and team development assists organizations to achieve outstanding results. This was Glenys’ motivation to develop and implement a community leadership program. This program has assisted organizational and business leaders expand their leadership capacity. She enjoys facilitating personal and organizational growth through training, mentoring and coaching.
When not working Glenys enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her two adult children who both live in the UK.
CYNTHIA MOFFATT, CPCC, ACC
With over 20 years’ experience working alongside CEOs and organizational leaders across Canada and the U.S., and within a range of industry sectors and corporate structures, Cynthia has developed a unique perspective and solid approach in her practice. As a leadership coach and consultant, her expertise and interests lie in supporting businesses in the development of corporate leadership as well as the development of personal, self-leadership competencies for her individual clients. A highly-intuitive, strategic thinker and centered communicator, her ability to deeply connect and create powerful partnerships has her recognized as a natural leader in service to others.
Cynthia is certified through the Coaches Training Institute, whose prestigious CPCC designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry with its training program hailed as the “gold standard” by the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School. She has also attained ACC status through the International Coach Federation, the global body which governs accredited coach training and the coaching industry. Cynthia is licensed to deliver the Leadership Circle Profile™ and Leadership Culture Survey™ as tools toward effective self and organizational leadership. She is also a practitioner of both Kolbe Index™ Profiles and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
Along with serving as President of the ICF Edmonton Chapter Board of Directors in 2016 and currently serving on the Board for 2017, Cynthia is a proud member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a key contributor to the Canadian Centre for Leadership & Human Values, former Mentor Coach with Kids.Now Canada, and a freelance writer.
Cynthia serves BreakPoint Solutions clients in both the greater Edmonton, Alberta area as well as the greater Toronto and Ottawa areas of Ontario. As a citizen of both the U.S.A. and Canada, Cynthia’s aim is to collaborate with a variety of clients, colleagues, and ICF Chapters throughout North America.
TANYA LANIGAN BEd, MEd, CEC, PCC
Tanya is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation with over 25 years of leadership experience. She has coached leaders in healthcare, law, crown corporations, First Nations education, global education, advanced education, human resources, not-for-profit, territorial, and municipal governments. Tanya is a licensed trainer for Coaching Out of the Box ® Coaching 5/5/5, Personality Dimensions, and is certified to conduct and debrief the Strength Deployment Inventory ®, Level 1, as well as LEADS 360.
Tanya has a deep commitment to connect, and co-create impactful change within leaders and organizations to assist them in accelerating target goals. She deftly builds trust and consistently gets results. She is a strong, strategic partner and an excellent facilitator.
Tanya uses a strength-based approach in her coaching practice. She focuses on her clients’ core competencies, challenges their thinking, and supports them in stretching and reaching their goals. Tanya believes that organizations that invest in leadership coaching can unleash outstanding results in their leaders, moving them from high potential to high performance.
While based in Whitehorse, Yukon, Tanya serves BreakPoint Solutions’ clients throughout Canada.
Tanya enjoys kayaking, cycling, fishing and golfing. Alongside her husband of +25 years, and adult children, Tanya enjoys spending time with family and friends amidst the natural beauty of the Yukon and BC’s west coast.
Marderé Birkill CEC, MBL, BA
Healthy, effective leadership, measurable organizational improvement and long lasting positive change; these are the hallmarks of Marderé Birkill’s inspired, transformational work.
With a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa as well as Executive Coaching Certiﬁcations from York University and the Centre of Executive Coaching enhancing her 25 years of leadership, adult education and consulting experience in private and public organizations, it is safe to say that Marderé is well equipped to resolve any business’ internal anomalies, thus propelling it forwards to ultimate success.
Her passion, however, lies in organizational performance management and leadership development, instilling leaders with the speciﬁc skills and perspectives to develop and maintain a high-performance culture. She is currently in the process of authoring a book examining the damaging effects on organizations of “Toxic Leadership”. She has already developed several workshops focused on developing leadership fortitude and effectives, high performance culture and strategic planning focused on strategy execution.
Marderé’s has been coaching new and experienced leaders for over 15 years. Her current practice also includes working with entrepreneurs in developing their professional brand, dealing with feelings of being overwhelmed by their new dream, and strengthening their capacity to build power and inﬂuence.
