Greg is the President and Co-founder of BreakPoint Solutions; he is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He has a background in healthcare with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the Prairie provinces. Greg possesses a Master of Health Services Administration degree, multiple coaching certifications and is a MBTI® Certified Practitioner. Greg gives voice to his passion through his work as an Executive Coach and a consultant working in areas such as strategic planning, governance, leadership development, succession planning, program/service reviews, and change management. Carol Manson McLeod

Carol is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; she is a Certified Executive Coach with a Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation. Carol’s background is varied and diverse. With over 35 years of leadership experience working in three countries – Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom – Carol has had clients in healthcare, the not-for-profit sector, and entrepreneurs. A registered nurse by profession, Carol also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She combines her formal education and on-the-job training to work with clients on leadership development, change management, accountability systems, employee engagement, patient experience, and re-development planning.

Lara Pinchbeck

Lara is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; she holds a Master of Arts in Human Ecology: Material Culture and designations as a Professional Human Ecologist with the Alberta Human Ecology and Home Economics Association, a Professional Accessibility Assessor with the Rick Hansen Foundation, and a Public Engagement Practitioner with the International Association for Public Participation. For more than 25 years, Lara has used design thinking to make sure all her work is relevant for a wide diversity of users and supports organizations as they explore their innovation and efficiency. Lara works in the areas of research, systems thinking, course development and evaluation, and client and community relations.

Kevin Tomkins

Kevin is a partner at BreakPoint Solutions; he is a Certified Executive Coach with an Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation. Kevin’s passion for coaching and leadership development was cultivated during his 26 years in the competitive financial services industry. He has earned a Diploma of Associate in Business Administration, Lean Green Belt Certification, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and certification in the emotional intelligence assessments of EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360. His professional experience includes responsibilities in human resources, sales, leadership, strategy, project management, process improvement, coaching, team development, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration, advising senior executives, business owners, and individual contributors.

Laurel Towler
MBA, BComm

Laurel is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; she holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Commerce. She also has formal education in psychology and is certified to perform several employee assessments, including Myers Briggs and Lumina Spark. Laurel works with her clients on HR Strategy, HR Program Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Design and Restructuring, Employee Assessments, Teams and Team Dynamics, Workshop Development and Facilitation. Laurel brings decades of experience in strategic HR and executive leadership, giving her a specialized lens for understanding people matters in a business context.
