The starting point of effective leadership is developing an understanding of self and what you bring to your team and your organization. Failing to understand what is important to you as a leader or appreciating your leadership values and goals will diminish your effectiveness as a leader.
Whether you are an aspiring leader, a newly minted leader or a veteran, this interactive workshop helps you walk through key elements of your leadership journey, helps you gain better understanding of self and where your opportunities for growth lie, and supports development of an action plan for leadership.
This workshop can be accommodated over a period of a half-day to several days of facilitated effort over a period of weeks. This work can also be supplemented by several different types of leadership and team assessments targeted to the needs of individual participants.
